To our extended family,

Utility Smart is committed to the safety of our employees and their families, our clients and their residents, and our local community in the midst of COVID-19. Although we operate as an essential business that was excluded from our state’s initial stay-at-home order, we decided to allow our team to work from home for the foreseeable future. We took these steps to prioritize the health of our team and neighbors and to help do our part in flattening the curve as we collectively work our way through this pandemic. Transitioning to a remote workforce has provided an opportunity for us to improve processes and communications for both our internal workflow, and also client and resident facing support.  We are working to adapt to new circumstances while also planning for a brighter future.

We have always considered our clients and their residents as part of our extended family here at Utility Smart, and the health and safety of our community remains our top priority.
